About the Role

Kanta Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand business with both domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, quotation handling, customer relationship management, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with domestic and international clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, quotations, samples, and necessary documentation.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable product solutions.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/company databases.

• Participate in virtual meetings, exhibitions, and customer interactions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Support overall business development activities.
