Key Responsibilities

1. Managed and reconciled DSC Commission Expenses on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.

2. Processed commission payments to channel partners and updated the corresponding UTR numbers in the Commission Portal after successful payment, ensuring accurate payment tracking, reconciliation, and timely settlement.

3. Record and verify Purchase transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and supporting documentation.

4. Generated Sales Invoices and ensured timely and accurate billing to customers.

5. Prepared and generated E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations for the movement of goods.

6. Prepared and posted journal entries for expenses, including applicable TDS deductions, ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting.

7. Perform Bank Reconciliations (BRS) by reconciling bank statements with the general ledger and resolving outstanding items.

8. Reconciled vendor and customer ledgers and resolved outstanding balances.

9. Prepared and filed GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciled GSTR-2B, and ensured compliance with GST regulations.

10. Calculated, deducted, deposited, and filed TDS returns, ensuring timely statutory compliance.
