Position: Manager & Assistant Manager

Experience: 1 year and above

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Manager and Assistant Manager. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, customer relationships, team coordination, business development, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch/office operations efficiently.

- Handle customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate and supervise team activities.

- Manage customer follow-ups and collections.

- Support business development and achievement of assigned targets.

- Maintain accurate records and required documentation.

- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure smooth and professional functioning of the office.

Candidate Profile

- 1 year and above of relevant work experience.

- Experience in chit funds, finance, banking, sales, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Target-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude.
