Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and lead generation.

• Contact potential customers via calls, emails, or meetings to present products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (12th pass may be considered based on experience).

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales or BPO experience is an added advantage.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to work full-time and meet business requirements.
