We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Virendera Textiles. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Building Construction. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and reports.

• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing with operations/logistics teams.

• Maintain and update customer records and Checking emails.

• Track sales performance, targets, and pipeline activity.

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.

• Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
