Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with OEMs and distributors, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors to obtain pricing and product availability.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate internally with the procurement, technical, and accounts teams for timely execution.
Maintain CRM/customer database and update sales activities regularly.
Track inquiries from receipt through closure.
Prepare comparison sheets, cost calculations, and basic documentation for tenders and RFPs.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and customer proposals.
Schedule meetings and coordinate customer appointments for the sales team.
Monitor pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team for follow-ups.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, and management MIS.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and coordination.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare professional quotations and commercial documents.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Back Office Sales.
Experience in the Audio Visual (AV), IT, Networking, Security, or Technology industry will be preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and ERP systems is an advantage.
