Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience through voice support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

• Meet productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Non-Technical Background Preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Voice Process experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
