Experience: 0–3 years (freshers welcome)
Function: Sales / Telecalling / Recruitment
Employment: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Reach out and connect with potential candidates

• Understand candidate profiles and career goals

• Pitch relevant job opportunities effectively

• Follow up and manage the candidate pipeline through to conversion
  

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years in sales or telecalling (freshers welcome)

• Strong communication skills, spoken and written

• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• A recruitment background is a plus
