Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support Sales Team

• Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks.

• Prepare and distribute sales documents, quotes, and proposals.

• Maintain sales records and databases.

🔹 Customer Communication

• Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status and delivery.

• Resolve or escalate customer issues appropriately.

🔹 Order & Documentation Management

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.

• Enter sales orders into the CRM or sales system.

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

🔹 Coordination Across Teams

• Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations to support sales activities.

• Coordinate delivery schedules with the supply chain or logistics team.

• Ensure that commitments to customers are met.

🔹 Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales processes.

🔹 Administrative Support

• Organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

• Maintain contact lists and keep customer data up to date.

• Create presentations and reports when needed.
