Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with client coordination, order processing, and internal communication. This role is ideal for freshers from a commerce background who are organized and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients for orders, updates, and follow-ups

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports

Maintain data in Excel and CRM systems

Track orders and coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics)

Handle basic customer queries and provide support to the sales team

Follow up for payments and pending tasks

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Freshers can apply

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per company standards
