Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Amba Panel India Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing support to sales team, and addressing queries and concerns related to Building Material. The role offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for providing support to sales team, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

• Coordinate with sales team for order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of sales transactions

• Monitor sales targets and provide performance insights

• Handle CRM systems and ensure data accuracy

• Support incentive schemes, sales campaigns, and promotions

• Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, marketing) for smooth operations

• Prepare MIS reports and present findings to management

• Manage and maintain sales data, reports, and dashboards
