Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Relationship Support Executive. This is a telecalling profile, where the candidate will be responsible for calling, communicating politely, and maintaining positive relationships with people associated with our NGO.

Both freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years) are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to individuals as per provided data

• Explaining NGO activities, programs, and initiatives over calls

• Building and maintaining healthy relationships with callers

• Answering queries and providing correct information politely

• Updating call details and maintaining basic records

• Following up with interested individuals when required

• Maintaining a professional and empathetic tone on every call

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate prefe

• Experience: Fresher to 2 years (Telecalling / Customer Support experience is a plus)

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Skills Required:

• Basic English communication skills.

• Hindi communication should be clear and confident

• Good listening and convincing skills

• Polite, patient, and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
