🔹 Position: Relationship Manager (RM) / Relationship Officer (RO)

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business through DST, DSA, Connector Network & Direct Sourcing

• Acquire new customers and develop strong customer relationships

• Generate leads through field activities and market visits

• Achieve assigned sales, sourcing & disbursement targets

• Manage customer documentation and application processes

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

✅ Candidate Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline – Bachelor's Degree Mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in HL/LAP (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)

• Relevant experience in Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance preferred

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Good sales and relationship management skills

• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales

📌 Mandatory Requirements:

🚗 Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Mandatory
