Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project using scripts. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and providing solutions accordingly. Direct prospects to the field sales team for site visits and follow up with the client after the visit. Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keeping up to date with competitors and various projects in the market/ assigned territory. Leads Hygiene, providing proper feedback on leads assigned. Follow-up for Payments/dues. Achieve daily targets as assigned by TL.
