About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Presales / Sales Executives (Real Estate)
This position is open for candidates from either presales background or field sales background, or those willing to work across both functions. The role involves calling leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating site visits, assisting in negotiations, and converting prospects into successful deals.
Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates from real estate are both encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Presales Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Handle fresh leads, database leads, and marketing campaign inquiries.
Understand client requirements related to budget, location, and property type.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement.
Update lead status and client information in CRM / Google Sheets.
Sales Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
Assist clients during property selection and decision-making.
Support negotiations and help close property deals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors.
Provide post-visit follow-up to increase conversion ratio.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, inventory, and competitor projects.
Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle both calling and face-to-face client interaction.
Strong, convincing negotiation and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email, CRM).
