We are looking for a Quality Analyst – BPO for our Koramangala, Bangalore location. The role offers an In-Hand Salary of ₹25,000–₹33,000 and involves monitoring customer interactions, conducting quality audits, providing feedback, and improving overall process quality in a BPO environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct call and process audits to evaluate quality, accuracy and process adherence.

• Monitor customer interactions and identify quality gaps and recurring errors.

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance.

• Identify process gaps and coordinate with Operations and Training teams for corrective action.

• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality evaluations.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.

• Track quality performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th / Graduation, with 1.5+ years of experience as a BPO Quality Analyst. Candidates should have strong communication and analytical skills and be comfortable handling quality audits, call monitoring, feedback and reporting. English, Hindi and 2 Indian languages are mandatory.

Candidates must be open to a 5.5-day working week with a Day Shift; Saturday will be a half-day and Sunday will be a fixed weekly off. Own transport and a laptop are mandatory. Candidates up to 30 years of age, preferably residing within 10–15 km of Koramangala, are preferred.
