Job Title: Project Coordinator
Organization: USES Foundation
Location: Andheri ( Mumbai )
Type: Full-time | Reports To: Program Manager
Role Overview
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of foundation projects; coordinate with teams, partners, and beneficiaries; ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Track progress, maintain project logs, and prepare narrative/financial reports.
- Conduct field visits, support trainings, and gather beneficiary feedback.
- Manage documentation, procurement, logistics, and compliance records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Social Work, Development, Business, or related).
- 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination (NGO/development sector preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
- Fieldwork exposure and donor reporting knowledge are a plus.
