Presales Executive – Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Qualify leads and maintain proper follow-up with potential customers.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in CRM/software.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and site-visit targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

• Provide regular updates and MIS reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Presales/Telecalling, preferably in real estate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi & Marathi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
