Job Description:

ADA Tech Solutions is seeking result-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to drive sales through outbound calling. Candidates with a passion for sales, whether freshers or experienced, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Pitch company products/services and explain benefits clearly

• Identify customer needs and close sales effectively

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate call records and follow up with interested customers

• Handle customer objections professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification:  Graduate

• Good English communication skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence over calls

• Ability to work from office in Swargate, Pune

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• High performers can earn more through incentives

Job Timings:

• 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days:

• 6 Days a week
