Office Operations & Maintenance Executive Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Operations & Maintenance Executive to manage the day-to-day functioning of our office. The role involves handling facility maintenance (including Wi-Fi coordination and lift servicing), vendor management, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure (electricity, plumbing, AC, etc.) • Coordinate lift servicing and handle vendor communication • Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi/network issues and coordinate with providers • Ensure office cleanliness, supplies, and smooth operations • Manage vendors and track service schedules • Support employees with facility-related needs • Ensure basic health & safety compliance Requirements: • 1–3 years experience in office admin/facilities/maintenance • Basic knowledge of electricals, Wi-Fi, and repairs • Good communication and coordination skills • Hands-on and problem-solving attitude Preferred: • Vendor management experience • Basic IT/network knowledge Work Details: • Full-time, on-site role • Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore
