About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to accelerate their career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate conversations with real estate prospects and generate leads
Follow up intensively with leads and schedule site visits
Drive end-to-end sales closure within the sales cycle
Engage with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Excellent communication and influencing skills
Highly result-oriented with experience in target-driven roles
Confident, persistent, and a strong risk-taker mindset
Quick learner with strong grasping ability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales (any industry)
Real estate experience is a plus
