We are looking for a responsible and proactive NDR Executive to manage non-delivery cases and coordinate with customers and delivery partners to ensure successful delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on daily NDR cases.
Contact customers regarding failed/unsuccessful deliveries.
Understand the reason for non-delivery and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with delivery partners for delivery re-attempts.
Track OFD, Delivered, Undelivered and RTO shipments.
Verify customer details and update correct responses in the system.
Maintain daily NDR reports and shipment records.
Follow up with customers until the shipment is delivered or returned.
Work towards reducing RTO and undelivered orders.
Coordinate with the operations and courier team for smooth order processing.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers/Excel.
Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
Ability to handle customer calls and regular follow-ups.
