We are Urgently Hiring Executives for our Banglore - Followup team (Key Accounts)
Hindi / Urdu Must to coordinate with Banglore Employees
Location: Pallavaram, Chennai.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years in Customer care/ Followup/ Admin or related fields

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Following up with the Undelivered consignment/Shipment
2. Followup with Service Centre/Hub to make sure of the deliveries.
3. Enquiries on the Undelivered and delayed consignments.
4. Coordinating with the clients
5. Daily reports to the Team Head and Clients.
