Position: Customer Support Executive – Email Process

Location: Chennai – Porur, Commerzone IT Park

CTC: ₹4 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

### Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and communication-oriented professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through email, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and requests through •email and written communication••.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Maintain professional, clear, and grammatically correct email communication.

• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality parameters.

• Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.

• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data-security guidelines.

### Required Skills

Excellent •written and verbal communication•• skills.

• Good knowledge of English grammar and professional email writing.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email applications.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Good attention to detail.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

### Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / equivalent qualification.

• Freshers and candidates with relevant customer support/email-process experience can apply.
