Inquiry & Lead Handling: Answer questions regarding daily gold/silver rates, diamond purity, certification, pricing, and ongoing festive or wedding offers via walk-in, phone, or WhatsApp. [1]

Outbound Follow-Ups & Marketing: Call or message existing and prospective clients regarding new collections, exclusive launches, festival discounts, and personal milestones like birthdays and anniversaries. [1]

CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update customer profiles, purchase histories, and contact records accurately in the showroom database or CRM software. [1]

Savings Scheme & Loyalty Promotion: Educate clients about gold savings schemes, membership programs, and exchange policies to drive repeat visits. [1, 2]

After-Sales Support: Coordinate product servicing requests such as jewellery cleaning, resizing, repairs, and smooth counter-billing assistance. [1]

Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales, billing, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless showroom experience and higher conversion rates
