IT Service Desk Coordinator

IT ServiceDesk Coordinator - Female

We are looking for an IT ServiceDesk Coordinator to join our client, Roche Diagnostics, at Andheri East (Chakala), Mumbai. The role involves supporting IT procurement, SAP operations, vendor coordination, user access management, and ServiceNow ticket handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and process invoices in SAP.

• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and procurement.

• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT access requests.

• Manage ServiceNow tickets related to IT support and asset allocation.

• Maintain IT asset records and support Fixed Asset Register (FAR) reconciliation.

• Coordinate with Finance and internal stakeholders for smooth IT operations.

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate with 2-5 years of experience.

• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.

• Experience in Procurement, Purchase Requisitions, Invoice Processing, ServiceNow, Access Management, and Vendor Coordination.

• Good communication and MS Office skills.

• Female candidates only.

• Location: Andheri East (Chakala), Mumbai.

• CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA.

• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
