Hiring: Logistics Executive – Voice Process (US LOB)

Location: Noida Sector 135

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

We are hiring customer-focused candidates for an International Logistics Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a professional approach are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate / Graduate can apply

Excellent English communication skills (C1+ preferred)

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice support for US/UK clients

Provide shipment, delivery, and logistics-related assistance

Resolve customer concerns professionally within defined timelines

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Salary (In-Hand)

Freshers: ₹26,000 – ₹28,000

Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹34,000
