International Voice Process

Job Description:
We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from global customers, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently .

• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  

• Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.

• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.

• Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations.

• Ability to understand and adapt to US Accents

• Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process.

• Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.

• Ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones.

• Flexible to work in night shifts.

• Exposure to global customer handling is an added advantage.
