Job Title : International Voice Process Executive – Banking Sector
Location : Kudlu Gate
Shift : Night Shift
Experience : 1–3 Years in International Voice Process / Banking Process
Salary : 4 LPA - 5 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process in the Banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving banking-related queries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking customers.
Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, card issues, balance inquiries, online banking, and general banking services.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined TAT.
Follow banking compliance, security policies, and company procedures.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:Graduate / Undergraduate.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in International Voice Process.
Candidates with prior experience in Banking, Finance, Credit Card, Loan, or Customer Support process will be preferred.
