Role: International Voice Process
Salary: 4LPA to 5LPA
Experience: 1 year to 3 years in International process
Languages: Excellent communication in English
Location: Kudlu Gate

About Role:

Handle international customer queries via voice/chat/email related to financial products and services
Assist customers with digital payments, online banking, wallets, and transactions
Handling US Clients
Experience in Banking process

Skills:
Ability to handle international customers professionally
Problem-solving and quick decision-making
Knowledge of banking operations, and transactions
Understanding of digital payments & financial products
