Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to handle international voice support. The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic tone on every call

• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems

• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

• Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail

Experience Range

• Minimum: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

• Maximum: 4–5 years in International Voice/Customer Support

Salary Range

• Minimum: ₹2.8LPA

• Maximum: ₹5.5 LPA
  (Salary depends on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)
