We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process team in Bangalore. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver excellent service experience. Openings are available for both International and Domestic processes.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/AU regions).
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality scores).
Handle calls from Indian customers.
Provide information, resolve complaints, and process requests.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company guidelines and compliance policies.
Achieve call handling and resolution targets.
Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
