Job Role: Customer Support Executive / Customer Support Advisor

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Eligibility:

Undergraduate / Graduate can apply

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Excellent English communication skills required

Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs

Job Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries through voice calls

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Follow up with customers when required

Maintain quality and productivity targets

Update customer interactions in the system

Deliver excellent customer service and support

Required Skills:

Fluent English communication

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer service orientation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
