Eligibility:
✔ PUC / Graduation Completed
✔ Minimum 6 Months International Voice Experience Mandatory
✔ Excellent English Communication Skills Required
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred

❌ Domestic Voice Experience
Age Criteria:
✔ Maximum Age: 38 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet process productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
