International Voice Process Representative (Global HR Support)

1. Job Description

We are hiring International Voice Process Representatives to support global clients in a fast-paced HR support environment. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Handle voice-based interactions with international customers

• Address queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution

• Participate in training and consistently meet performance metrics

2. Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate

• Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months in voice process or customer support

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts

• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

• Willingness to work in a global, performance-driven environment

• CTC ₹28,000 - ₹56,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary)
