Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.
Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.
Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome (as per company policy).
Prior experience in an international voice process or customer support role is preferred . Freshers with excellent verbal communication also welcome to apply for the role.
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English(other regional languages)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a domestic voice process or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
