Process Associate

The role involves handling international calling, lead generation, and conversions to drive business growth. 

Process Associates are responsible for data entry, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance requirements while ensuring all targets are met within the provided timelines. They will collaborate with teams to streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to overall efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• International Calling & Sales: Gather leads and produce sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.

• Target Management: Consistently meet or exceed performance targets within the provided timelines.

• Client Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients, providing detailed product information and resolving queries effectively.

• Lead Management: Document customer feedback and proactively follow up on leads to improve customer relationships and conversion rates.

• Documentation: Maintain and update records, reports, and essential documentation.

• Compliance & Audits: Support process audits and ensure all activities meet compliance requirements.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically for international client interaction.

• Interpersonal: Strong teamwork abilities and a sales-oriented mindset.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.

• Efficiency: Proven ability to manage time effectively to hit deadlines.
