Job Summary

Handle customer calls professionally and confident.

✔️ Coordinate with foreign clients and understand & resolve their requirement through calls and emails & create a new foreign clients.

✔️ Draft professional emails and business communications.

✔️ Maintain requirement records and MIS reports in MS Excel.

✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.

Requirements -

✔️ Good English Communication Skills (Fluent Verbally & Written).

✔️ Working on given data and create a foreign client.

✔️ Professional Email Drafting Skills – Candidates must have experience in drafting professional/business emails.

✔️ Experience in Voice Process / Calling

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel

✔️ Confident in Client Handling

✔️ Ability to communicate and coordinate with •foreign/international clients only

✔️ Good understanding of client requirements and problem-solving ability

✔️ Positive Attitude and Good Interpersonal Skills
