Position : Business Associate – US Voice Process

Voice Process : Mortgage, Debt Management, Home securities and may more.

Salary: ₹20000- to ₹30000 in Hand + Incentives.

Salary Depending on Interview. / Skills / Experience & Last Salary

Experience : 6 Month to 1 Year in International outbound Sales Experience is Must.

Note- We need Candidates with experience in International outbound Voice Process across US, UK and Australian Process.

Gender Male & Female

Location : Sector 63, Noida

Shift : 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Night Shift)

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)

Food : Meal Allowance Provided by the Company

Cab Facility : Travel Allowance Provided by the Company

Role Summary

The Business Associate will handle outbound sales calls, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions while ensuring adherence to company processes and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute outbound calling campaigns to achieve sales targets

· Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for services

· Deliver clear and effective product communication

· Handle customer concerns and objections efficiently

· Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

· Participate in ongoing training and development programs

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment

· Flexibility to work night shifts
