Job Description

CLG Info Solutions is hiring motivated candidates for a UK Voice Process. The role involves communicating with UK customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and handling calls professionally.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time

• Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break

• Saturday: Half-day

• Sunday: Weekly off
  •UK time changes seasonally, so the corresponding Indian shift time will vary.
  
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.

• Confidence in handling customer conversations.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Own laptop or desktop running Windows.

• Reliable broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps).

• Good-quality headset with microphone and noise cancellation.

• Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to work full-time from home.
