Hiring the Candidate who are proficient in

English language and are comfortable interacting with International clients.

We are looking for an International Customer Support Executive to join the team at Concentrix to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries of International Clients.

1 - Hiring graduate fresher with the in hand salary of 20,000-25,0000

2 - Hiring 1+ year of experienced candidate in the same industry with the in hand salary of 27000-36,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, chat and email professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the Rotational shift.
