Alorica is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills and be willing to work in US night shifts from the office.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in night shifts (Work from Office).
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Meet productivity and performance targets.
Shift
US Night Shift
Cab facility available between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM (as per company policy and service area).
