Position: Collection - Team Leader

📍 Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore

🔹 About the Role We are hiring a Collection Team Leader for a leading loan recovery company (app‑based NBFC model). The candidate will be responsible for managing collections, leading a team, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection executives (CREs)

• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans from app‑based customers

• Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and target achievement

• Handle escalations and customer issues professionally

• Maintain MIS reports and track collection metrics

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and company policies

• Conduct daily briefings to keep the team updated on product/process changes

• Provide coaching, feedback, and handholding for new CREs to ensure retention

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in collections (loan recovery preferred)

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic leadership and team‑handling skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

🔹 Mandatory Skills ✔️ Team Handling Experience ✔️ Loan Recovery / Collections Background (NBFC preferred) ✔️ Strong Hindi & English Communication ✔️ Target & Pressure Handling Ability ✔️ Basic MS Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge

🔹 Salary Based on interview performance
