Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and professional individuals to join our team as BPO Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through inbound and/or outbound calls.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain customer records and update information in the company's database.

• Follow established processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
