Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Chandigarh & Mohali

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice processes with a leading multinational company in Chandigarh and Mohali. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice.

• Provide technical assistance and customer support.

• Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Respond to customer queries through calls, email, and chat.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Strong English communication skills are required.

• Willingness to work in US shift/night shift schedules.
