Timings: - 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Senses Intelligent Interactive Panel has been revolutionizing teaching PAN India since 2013. It aims to build future leaders by changing the age-old teaching-learning methodology in schools. It has helped classrooms evolve into active learning centres by providing an interactive and collaborative learning experience.

Role Overview:

The Service/Support Coordinator will act as a liaison between our clients and the support engineers across different regions. This role will be crucial in managing service requests, ensuring client issues are addressed efficiently, and following up on ongoing support cases. The successful candidate will work closely with the support team and clients to ensure all service requirements are met, and ERP tools are utilized for ticket generation and customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Plan Development: Work with clients to understand their issues and formalize a support plan that engages the right resources for resolution.

2. Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between clients and support engineers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of problems across different regions.

3. Ticket Management: Manage incoming service requests (calls, emails, etc.) regarding issues with interactive panels and use the ERP system to generate tickets for each request.

4. Follow-up & Resolution: Ensure proper follow-up with clients to confirm that their issues have been resolved and that any necessary service is provided in a timely manner.

5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to confirm that their issues were resolved satisfactorily and inquire if any other services are needed.

6. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare monthly review meetings and showcase data, providing updates on service performance, ticket resolution, and client satisfaction.

7. Proactive Support: Go the extra mile to meet support goals by addressing client queries and ensuring that issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
