Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Engineer to manage and execute government turnkey electrical projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site project supervision, coordination with stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and providing excellent customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute electrical works at project sites for government turnkey projects
Ensure project completion within defined timelines, quality standards, and budget
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications
Monitor site activities, material usage, and workforce productivity
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently
Address customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of site progress, customer interactions, and reports
Provide timely updates and technical support to clients
Escalate complex technical or customer issues to senior management when required
Achieve performance targets related to project milestones and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance
Experience in handling government or turnkey projects (preferred)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
