JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field operations and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage employees working at different client locations.

• Visit field locations regularly and ensure smooth work operations.

• Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.

• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and clients regarding daily work requirements.

• Handle employee-related queries and resolve basic issues at the field level.

• Ensure employees follow company rules, discipline, and safety requirements.

• Maintain daily reports and submit updates to the management.

• Follow up with employees regarding joining, attendance, and other requirements.

• Coordinate with the HR and management team for manpower requirements.

• Handle employee documentation and maintain proper records.

• Ensure smooth communication between the company and field employees.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage and supervise employees.

• Basic knowledge of attendance and manpower management.

• Willingness to travel and visit different field locations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
