Field Supervisor

Position: Field Officer – Security & Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Operations Management

Supervise security guards and housekeeping staff deployed at client sites

Ensure proper duty allocation, shift management, and attendance monitoring

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure discipline and performance

2. Security Management

Ensure implementation of security protocols, access control, and visitor management

Monitor CCTV operations and incident reporting

Handle emergencies such as theft, fire, or safety breaches promptly

3. Facility Management

Oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance activities

Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, water, DG sets, etc.)

Coordinate with maintenance teams/vendors for repairs and upkeep

4. Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for clients at assigned sites

Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution

Maintain strong client relationships and service satisfaction

5. Staff Management

Conduct training, briefing, and discipline of deployed manpower

Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and behavior of staff

Handle staff grievances and replacements if required

6. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain attendance, salary records, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)

Prepare and submit MIS reports, incident reports, and daily/weekly updates

Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements

7. Vendor & Material Management

Manage inventory of materials like uniforms, cleaning supplies, and equipment

Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and service delivery
