The Field Executive is responsible for supporting on-site activities related to solar projects, including customer visits, site surveys, installation coordination, documentation, and after-sales support. The role requires regular field travel, effective communication with customers, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations.
Meet prospective and existing customers to explain solar solutions and collect project requirements.
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor installation progress and maintain quality standards.
Prepare and submit site survey reports, photographs, and project documentation.
Assist in obtaining required approvals and permissions from local authorities or utility companies, if applicable.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-installation support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during field operations.
Maintain daily activity reports and update project status in the company's CRM or reporting system.
Travel regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the solar, electrical, or renewable energy sector are preferred.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and installation processes.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting applications.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in rooftop solar projects.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and basic electrical drawings.
Familiarity with net metering procedures and local utility regulations.
